Purpose of TDC
Trade Discipline Commander™ is a mathematical trade-management, session-discipline, analytics, and recordkeeping tool. TDC does not provide investment advice, individualized financial advice, market predictions, or trading signals, and it does not guarantee profits.
Trading risk
Trading involves substantial risk and can result in partial or total loss. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, account, platform, entries, exits, position sizes, and risk limits.
Calculations
TDC calculations depend on the information you enter, including balances, payout percentages, session targets, and trade results. You are responsible for reviewing inputs and outputs before relying on them.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Use the password-recovery process if you lose access.
Subscriptions
Where paid TDC plans are offered, current price and billing terms are shown before checkout. Billing-management functions may be provided through a third-party payment processor.
Availability
Features may be changed, improved, added, paused, or retired as the product develops. Advanced integrations may require separate configuration and may not be available in every release.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it in violation of applicable law.
